I’m excited to announce that I will be adding a new weekly series to my blog – Work Wardrobe Wednesday. As you can probably guess, these posts will all be focused on work attire!

Several months ago I wrote a post about my love for the full midi skirt. The great news is that the full midi skirt can easily be transitioned into fall and winter and can be a lovely outfit to wear both inside and outside of the office.
I chose to pair the full midi skirt with a fitted sweater. Remember, whenever you wear a skirt that has a lot of volume, you want to wear a fitted shirt on top to balance it out (this same rule applies when wearing a top with volume, make sure that whatever garment you are wearing on the bottom is fitted).
Because the skirt is so dramatic, keep your jewelry simple and chic. You don’t want your jewelry competing with the skirt!

I love the gold cuff that I am wearing in these photos. In the summer I like to wear one on each wrist with a maxi dress!

Great question! I would definitely wear black opaque tights with a black full midi skirt, but that is probably the only color combination I would do with opaque tights! Hope that helps! xoxo yael
