One of the most difficult parts about getting ready for work in the summer is figuring out an outfit that works for both the hot temperature when you’re outside and the cooler temperature when you’re inside the office.
The reason a strapless dress works so well is because you can easily throw on a blazer when you arrive at the office (I particular love this blazer as well as this one). The benefit of wearing a strapless dress is that you don’t have to worry about any added bulk in the sleeves! Another benefit of wearing a strapless dress is that the silhouette looks great on almost every body type!
What are your thoughts on strapless dresses? Do you love them as much as I do? Let me know in the comments below!

I love wearing dresses to work (and everywhere else) in the summer, so much cooler. My two favorite summer dresses are strapless but I prefer the ones with the sweetheart neckline because I think it’s more flattering on me. I don’t have any strapless dresses that are work appropriate though. =[ Maybe I should look at getting one like you have that is more of a midi length that I can wear to the office.

Hi Caitlyn!!
Yes, if you get one that is more of a midi length and then wear a blazer or a cardigan over it you will definitely be work appropriate! And in the winter you can always add black opaque tights and then you can wear the dress when it’s cold out as well! xoxo yael
