While working as a personal stylist, I have noticed that many women are hesitant to wear bright colors. When that is the case, I always suggest easing into it by wearing the brighter color on the bottom, like I did in this post.
Then when you get more comfortable you can start wearing brighter colors on top (for example, I love the color of this shirt in the deep indigo)!
Regardless of whether you wear the brighter color on top or on bottom, keep the other half basic so that the two colors don’t compete with one another.
