One of my favorite garments is the full midi skirt.
In the summer I love pairing a full midi skirt with a camisole because the look reminds me of a ballerina: simple, elegant, and beautiful. To mimic the look of a ballerina, I pulled my hair back and kept my jewelry to a minimum.
In the winter, I tend to pair the full midi skirt with a fitted cropped sweater, such as this one by J.Crew.
Remember, it is important to wear a top that is not too loose in order to balance out the volume of the skirt!
