Mediterranean Chic

Before I jump into today’s outfit, I have to talk about this location! I spend a lot of time looking for new and interesting places to shoot my looks for the blog, and this Greek restaurant on the Lower East Side is by far one of my favorite finds to date! Okay onto the look!
 
Of course I wanted to put together a look that would be perfect for an island getaway. Whenever I travel I want to minimize the amount of items that I bring and the easiest way to do that is by packing dresses! Ideally I also want to pack items that won’t wrinkle easily and that aren’t too expensive (in case, g-d forbid, the luggage gets lost).
 
This beautiful white maxi dress meets all of the above criteria! The dress doesn’t wrinkle easily and the lace overlay masks any wrinkles that may occur. The price point is also amazing – only $74!! Most importantly, I love the design. The cold shoulder combined with the halter straps give this dress such an elegant feel!
 
For accessories I chose this bamboo clutch (which I LOVE and use all the time – stay tuned for a post all about it), neutral sandals, and these bright blue tassel earrings to add a pop of color!
