Getting dressed in the winter can be a bit tricky. The difference in temperature between when you are outdoors and indoors can be quite extreme. So what’s the solution? Layering!
As you can see in the photos I’m wearing a jacket, a long sleeve shirt underneath, and gloves. If it is really cold out I will actually wear a coat on top of the jacket and throw on a hat. Then when I arrive at my destination I can choose to keep the hat and/or jacket on or take one or both off, depending on how warm it is.
Sometimes, I will even wear a tank top underneath the long sleeve shirt, which gives me one more layer that I can remove if I am still too hot inside!
