High-Low

I’m a big fan of mixing high and low end pieces.
 
In today’s post I’ve done just that.
 
On the high-end are my flats. Just like I believe it’s worth investing in a pair of nude pumps, I also believe it’s worth investing in a classic pair of neutral flats. Like nude pumps they are extremely versatile and can be worn with jeans, shorts, dresses, skirts, etc.
 
On the low-end is my dress, which I purchased for $24.00! I love the trend of high-low hems, but I would never spend a lot of money on a trendy piece.
 
Remember, trendy pieces are considered trendy for a reason – they don’t withstand the test of time, like classic pieces!
