Friday Favorite: Mac Candy Yum-Yum

I’ve always loved bright lipsticks, but until recently I never tried a bright pink lipstick. Although I always loved how it looked when I saw it on other people, I didn’t think I would be able to carry it off.
 
Then a few weeks ago I had some time to kill in the airport and I did what every girl does that has too much time in the airport – I played with the makeup (and bought a lot of chocolate)! I figured it was the perfect time to try out a bright shade of pink lipstick and I am so happy that I did because I am seriously in love with Mac’s Candy Yum-Yum.

Not only is the shade amazing, but it has perhaps the best staying power of any lipstick I have ever worn (I actually have trouble getting it off at night!).
 
Candy Yum-Yum definitely has cool undertones so keep that in mind if you want to purchase this lipstick. Not sure if you have cool or warm undertones? If your skin has undertones of pink or blue, then you have cool undertones. If your skin has undertones of yellow or peach, then you have warm undertones!
