Where to begin? It’s hard to believe that it has been almost a year since my last blog post. I’ve been quarantined alone in NYC since the start of Covid and the combination of being isolated together with the awful events transpiring throughout the world took their toll. I went through phases where I planned to start posting again, but to be completely transparent, I just never felt fully up to it.
Last week was the first time I left NYC since the start of Covid and I was finally able to visit my parents. As silly as it may sound, what I missed the most was just being able to give them a hug and kiss. Spending time at home helped me to recharge and motivate to start shooting some fall looks. So I’m super excited to begin posting and sharing the first look I put together!
Typically leather pants are associated with winter, but they can also be great for fall! Especially when they are faux leather, like these faux leather pants I’m wearing, because they won’t be as hot. Because this is a fall look, I selected this gorgeous cognac color. Although these pants would look great with a pair of heels, the reality of today’s world is that we’re more likely to put on a casual outfit than get dressed up, so I went with a pair of sneakers and t-shirt to give the overall vibe a relaxed feel (the trouser style of the pants also contributed to this more casual vibe)!
I’ve linked to all of the pieces I’m wearing at the end of this post, and the best part is that all of the non beauty items are part of an amazing Bloomingdale’s promotion taking place right now (it ends 9/21), where you can earn up to a $1200 gift card. The beauty items also have a promotion so get shopping and let me know what you pick up!

Special thanks to Bloomingdale’s for sponsoring this post!
